IN PROGRESS: Complete strip out and refurbishment which includes two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, plastering, tiling, decorating, electrics and plumbing. We levelled the floors with sound insulated chipboard.

Firstly we replaced the kitchen for these clients. They were delighted. They then asked to do a full loft conversion with strict time constraints as they were expecting their first baby! Winter was approaching so a full 'tin roof' was used.

IN PROGRESS: Complete strip out and refurbishment of this apartment on the fourth floor just off Chelsea Green. This includes a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. The plumbing, electrics and decorations are all being updated.

Complete strip out and refurbishment of this one bedroom apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were both rebuilt and re-located to create more space. Walls were supported with steel beams to give a more open plan feel to the place.

IN PROGRESS: The original kitchen from 1969 is being removed and the layout is being completely altered with a completely new ceiling. Phase two will involve taking out the windows and placing French Doors leading out to the garden...

This family wanted more space. Working from their plans we did a loft conversion increasing the size of their top room with a mansard and building a new roof. We are also building another bathroom on top of their existing bathroom.

This family wanted to give their home a completely new look. The walls were in very bad condition and many had to be replaced. We did an entire electrical rewire, new kitchen, new boiler, painting and decorating, new bannisters, wooden flooring etc.

This family have a baby and a toddler and they wanted to extend and make child friendly their existing space outside. They took out borders, lowered the ground by 2 feet, and repaved the area.

These clients live abroad and wanted us to manage their entire project. The appartment was stripped out for new bathroom, kitchen, electrics, flooring, tiling, cupboards, decorating (including wallpapering and painting).

Client wanted someone to manage the entire project from start to finish. The job involved placing spot lights throughout two whole floors; laying 40sq.m of walnut floor in penthouse; painting; decorating; plus 3 new bathrooms.
